Shipping Policy
At TrueGuard Cables Ltd., we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. We offer reliable shipping options across Canada, ensuring that your products arrive securely and on time.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed. Processing time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days for processing during peak seasons (e.g., holidays). We will notify you if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods, depending on the destination and urgency of your order:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): This option is available for most orders across Canada and provides a cost-effective solution for those who can wait a few days.

Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days): For those who need their products sooner, expedited shipping speeds up the process.

Express Shipping (1-2 business days): The fastest option for urgent orders. This is available in most major cities and urban areas.
All delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or inclement weather.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the products you order. You will be provided with the shipping cost at checkout. We strive to keep our shipping rates as competitive as possible while ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of your products.
Orders over $100 CAD may qualify for free standard shipping across Canada (exclusions may apply for remote areas).
For oversized or heavy items, additional shipping charges may apply, and this will be reflected at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. However, there may be some restrictions for remote or rural locations where delivery services are limited. In such cases, additional delivery time may be required, and certain expedited services may not be available.
TrueGuard Cables Ltd. does not currently offer international shipping. We ship exclusively within Canada at this time.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer service team immediately at service@trueguardcables.ca. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building security, or any common areas where packages may be left. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 72 hours, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TrueGuard Cables Ltd. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a comprehensive returns policy. Please review the details below for returns and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required to process the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Gift cards or promotional items.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet these criteria.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at service@trueguardcables.ca within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

Package the item securely and include all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
If you are returning an item due to a defect or mistake, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.
If you paid with a gift card, a refund will be issued as store credit.
If your return is not approved (e.g., the item is used, damaged, or incomplete), we will contact you with options, such as returning the item to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at service@trueguardcables.ca. Please follow the same steps for initiating a return and specify that you would like to exchange the product.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
